How do we place the order once the campaign ends?

At the end of your fundraising period, simply collect all the individual order sheets from your students or sellers and send us the completed forms. Alternatively, the person responsible for coordinating the fundraiser can compile a single total order — listing each product or package and the quantities — and submit it to us directly by email. We'll confirm the order, arrange fulfillment, and ship everything to your institution. It's designed to be as simple as possible on your end.

Is there any upfront cost or minimum order requirement?

No upfront cost and no minimum order. Your organization invests nothing to get started. Students collect orders, we fulfill them, and you receive your 20% donation check at the end of the campaign — no surprises.

How does the 20% donation work?

At the close of your campaign, we calculate the total net sales and issue a check for 20% of that amount directly to your organization. There are no hidden fees or processing deductions — the number you see is the number you receive.

How are orders delivered?

All orders ship in one consolidated delivery directly to your school, team facility, or organization. On request, we can sort the shipment by individual seller so each student receives their own bundle. Sellers then handle local distribution — delivering to the families and friends who placed orders. This keeps things personal and eliminates individual shipping charges for your supporters.

Are the seasonings safe for kids with dietary restrictions?

All Tasty Bomb seasonings are gluten-free, non-GMO, keto-friendly, and contain zero MSG. Many flavors are also 100% vegan. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page so parents can review before ordering.

How long does a campaign typically run?

Most campaigns run 2 to 4 weeks, but we work around your schedule. Some groups prefer a focused two-week push while others run a longer campaign around the holidays or the start of a sports season. We'll help you choose the best window during your onboarding.

Can we see the menu and materials before committing?

Absolutely. Submit your application above and we'll send the complete fundraiser kit — including the full flavor menu, sample order forms, and pricing — at no cost and with no obligation to proceed.

Do you work with organizations outside of Naperville?

Yes — we ship across the continental United States. While we're proudly rooted in Naperville, IL, our fundraiser program is open to schools, PTAs, sports teams, and nonprofits nationwide.
